Not a catalog of products, just one service. For $199 a year we prepare and file your formation, serve as your registered agent all year, and prepare and file your annual report, with the state's own fee passed through at cost. Below is exactly what that includes, in full.

Formation, prepared and filed
We complete your formation document and submit it to the correct state agency, then deliver the approved filing back to you. It's the same careful preparation whichever of the five entity types you're forming:

Registered agent, all year
Every company is required to name a registered agent, a physical, in-state address where the state and the courts can reach it during business hours. That's what we are for your company: a real address on the public record, staffed through the business day.
The part that matters most is service of process: the legal papers served when someone sues your company, or an official notice arrives with a clock already running. We scan and upload anything served on your company the same business day, at no charge, so a deadline never starts without you knowing. It isn't a first-year teaser that renews at a surprise price later; it's simply part of the one yearly price.
A registered agent address is not a virtual address
The two get confused often enough that it's worth saying plainly. A virtual address, or virtual office, is a commercial mailing address you rent to receive general business mail, list on invoices, or use as a presence in a city where you don't have an office. The company running it typically forwards or scans whatever arrives, on whatever schedule the plan allows.
A registered agent address is a different, narrower thing, and it exists because the state requires it. It's where the state and the courts send government and legal correspondence for your company, most importantly service of process, which we scan and upload the same business day, at no charge. The first three government mailings each year are scanned free; beyond that, a per-piece scan or shipping fee applies. There's no tier that includes free physical forwarding, because that isn't what the address is for.
That means our address is not a substitute for a business mailing address, and it can't stand in for one. Concretely, it cannot be used:
- ✕As your Google Business Profile address. Google verifies that a listing address is a real, staffed location of your business, and registered-agent addresses get listings suspended.
- ✕For Amazon seller verification (or similar marketplace onboarding). Amazon checks operating addresses against commercial-address databases; an agent address fails that check and can freeze your account mid-review.
- ✕For bank statements, cards, or merchant accounts. Banks need an address where your business actually receives mail.
- ✕As a return address, invoice address, or storefront. Ordinary mail sent to a registered-agent address sits outside the process the address exists for, so it gets delayed, and it isn't covered by any scanning we do.
None of this is us being difficult. It's what keeps the one job the address does have working: when a court or the state needs to reach your company, nothing is competing with catalogs and bank statements for attention.
If what you actually need is a virtual address, we'll point you to a good one. There are solid providers whose whole business is commercial mail: real street addresses, proper scanning and forwarding plans, marketplace-friendly. We don't sell one and don't take a cut; ask us and we're happy to recommend providers that fit what you're doing.
Annual report, prepared and filed
The annual (or biennial) report is the filing that quietly dissolves companies. Miss the state's deadline and a business in good standing can slip into delinquency, then administrative dissolution, losing the liability protection it was formed to provide. It's an easy thing to forget, and expensive to forget.
So we track your state's due date, prepare the report, and file it, every year it's due, included in the price. You approve; we handle the paperwork and the deadline. Where the state charges its own report fee, that passes through at cost, shown on the receipt card before you pay.
Compliance reminders & permanent document access
You hear from us before a deadline, not after. And everything we file on your behalf, your formation documents and your reports, stays in your account for the life of the account. A company's records are the proof that it exists and is current; we keep them accurate, complete, and available, not locked behind an upgrade.
Mail, handled plainly
Service of process is always scanned and uploaded the same business day, at no fee. It's too important to treat as ordinary mail. Beyond that, the policy is deliberately simple, with no hidden thresholds:

You'll notice there's no à la carte list on this page: no EIN add-on, no operating-agreement upcharge, no “rush” tier, no compliance plan sold on the side. That's deliberate. A menu of add-ons exists to move you up it, and much of this industry earns exactly there, on the second purchase and the second-year renewal you didn't plan for.
We'd rather do the whole job for one published number and keep it the same next year. There's nothing to upsell you into, so there's no menu.
A few lifecycle filings do sit outside this yearly job (a DBA, registering in another state, an amendment, a certified copy, expedited processing, a dissolution), and when you need one we quote it flat with the state fee at cost and never add it to your bill on our own.
